A 30-year-old man died on the spot when he was run over by an APSRTC bus at Seethammapeta near Gurudwara Junction, here on Friday.
The deceased T. Suresh, a native of Bheemunipatnam, riding a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle was moving towards APSRTC Complex from NH side, and while overtaking a car, had to apply sudden brakes due to some obstruction that had come his way.
The victim lost control and fell off the bike on the road and his head was crushed under the back wheel of the bus that was coming from behind.
