LPG connections distributed under CSR

Anakapalli MP Muttamsetty Srinivasa Rao on Saturday distributed 82 LPG connections to the poor people at Chodavaram and Ravikamatham.

All the HP gas connections along with regulators were given under corporate social responsibility programmes of public sector undertakings.

One has to apply online to get the connections under the scheme.

The MP asked the civil supply officers to give wide publicity on the scheme to enable large number of poor people to apply.

He said the media should also highlight Centre-sponsored schemes like Janadhan Yojana, Bethi Padhavo and building toilets in schools, particularly for girl students.
