Following agitation against a retail liquor shop on Kailasapuram Main Road, the issue was represented to the Chief Minister after which the Excise and Prohibition Department issued orders shifting the location of the shop, Visakhapanam North MLA P. Vishnu Kumar Raju said on Thursday.
In a statement here, he questioned the prohibition policy of the State government in relation to the location of retail liquor shops and said he would extend full cooperation and support to any issue in the larger interest of public.
