Induction of Chandra Deo into Cabinet hailed

The induction of senior Parliamentarian V. Kishore Chandra Deo into the Central Cabinet was hailed by former Rajya Sabha member Yalamanchili Sivaji on Tuesday.

Talking to The Hindu over telephone, he said Mr. Deo could stage a comeback after a gap of 32 years. “He is a well-cultured, soft-spoken and an educated person. I hope his presence in the council of ministers will benefit Andhra Pradesh,” he said.

City Congress president and Visakhapatnam North MLA Tynala Vijaya Kumar expressed happiness that representation was provided from north Andhra.
