IIDT students on study tour to Vizag

They will attend two-day Blockchain conference

Students of International Institute of Digital Technologies, Tirupati during their study tour in Visakhapatnam on Saturday.

Over 50 students of International Institute of Digital Technologies (IIDT), Tirupati during the first day of their study tour to the city visited APEITA Tech Hub, Central Crime Station and AP Fibre Grid Monitoring Station at Andhra University on Saturday.

During their four-day visit to the city, the team will attend the first students’ hackathon being organised by Fintech Valley-Vizag at Gitam University and visit Sunrise Incubation Hub at Rushikonda.

They will participate in the two-day Blockchain Business Conference being organised at Hotel Novotel on October 9 and 10.

On their arrival, Special Chief Secretary and IT Advisor to Chief Minister J.A. Chowdary gave a presentation to students on the importance of blockchain conference.

They also interacted with Acclaris director Deepak Madala and Sankhya Technologies director Bulusu Muralidhar Rao.

In his address, Mr. Chowdary told the students to stay focused on their studies and explained to them how new technologies like blockchain was changing the IT scenario in the world. The IIDT team comprises 23 students from PG diploma programme in business analytics and 29 in cyber security.
