Computer lab inaugurated

A ‘smart computer lab’ was inaugurated by Director (Operations), Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and vice-chairman, Computer Society of India-Visakhapatnam chapter, D.N. Rao, at Zilla Parishad High School, Thotada, Munagapaka Mandal, on Tuesday. The lab was provided by CSI, Visakhapatnam chapter, to impart IT knowledge to the students of the school. As part of this, computers, printer, scanner, projector along with internet connection were provided. Mr. Rao assured further assistance to the school on behalf of CSI for the maintenance of the computer systems and Internet service. CSI will also be providing technical knowledge to the teachers and staff of the ZP school with the help of CSI members. GM (IT) of VSP K.V.S.S. Rajeswara Rao appealed to the students to make use of the facilities.
