Two cases filed against Minister for Panchayati Raj Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu, MLAs V. Ramakrishna Babu and V. Ganesh Kumar, other TDP leaders like Kona Tata Rao, Pyla Mutyala Naidu, Pentakota Veeralakshmi, Koyya Prasada Reddy were dismissed by the Railway Magistrate here on Thrusday.
The cases were booked against them by the Railway Protection Force for conducting rail roko during the Samaikyandhra agitation during 2011.
Advocate P.S. Naidu argued that the prosecution has failed to prove the charges against the Minister and others.
