Nature, an NGO working for child rights in North Andhra has launched a week-long campaign to create sensitisation through art forms against child marriages and laws relating to child protection and child marriage prohibition.
Using audio-visuals and cultural teams, it will visit 20 highly vulnerable areas under the GVMC limits, Nature founder and former member of State Commission for Protection of Child Rights S. Balaraju said on Saturday.
The cultural and art forms through Kalajatha programme will highlight laws on child rights, protection, care and discouraging child labour, popularise free and compulsory education and protection of children from sexual offences.

Field organisers B. Vijaya Kumari and Venkatarathnam informed that the Kalajatha teams of Nature and Bagadhi Tejeswara Rao Natya Mandali of Srikakulam are performing programmes to offer proper counselling to children and parents.
Kalajatha teams will be giving performances at Bukkavariveedhi, Beach Road and Kallupakalu on Sunday.
