Analysis of handwriting can reveal one’s abilities: expert

Most aspirants rue and regret after making a wrong career choice. However, if their handwriting is analysed by graphologists, they can give direction which will help them a great deal in choosing the right career option that suits their skill sets.

On the eve of National Handwriting Day, D.V.S.S. Manikant, founder-president of Handwriting Analysts International, an institution that offers graphology courses, says analysis of handwriting will enable experts to suggest students about their abilities and aptitudes and show them possible avenues they can consider seriously.

Over the past few years, Mr. Manikant notices that there is a growing demand for career counsellors and graphologists in educational institutions, particularly in metro cities.

“Bengaluru and Mumbai top the list which is followed by Kolkata, Chennai and New Delhi. This apart, the trend is gradually picking up in Andhra Pradesh as well,” he says.

For many students, parental and peer pressure will come into play while choosing their career. Mr. Manikant says several students fail to make important decisions in their crucial part of their academic life because of a combination of factors and setbacks

“Many tend to commit a mistake and later realise that they cannot place their heart in what they do. That’s when the stress level builds up and most youngsters fall off the track. Graphology helps in ironing out this issue to a large extent,” the graphologist elaborates.

Mr. Manikant suggests that career counsellors in educational institutions should also be trained in graphology so that they can help study the handwriting of the students and give them a clear picture of their strengths. This, according to him, will go a long way in shaping the young minds and making them tread the right path.
