Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant has bagged the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) Performance Excellence Award 2015 under organisation category.
RINL Chairman-cum-Managing Director P. Madhusudan received the award during the 20{+t}{+h}CEOs’ conference held at Nagpur on Friday. Mr. Madhusudan was also bestowed with IIIE Performance Excellence Award 2015 under individual category for his outstanding leadership abilities in taking RINL towards excellence.
An RINL release said the company had bagged the award for the third time.

The award was presented to RINL at the national-level among various organisations based on financial performance, productivity improvement, innovations and R&D, and work culture.
