Minister assures warehousing staff of solving problems

‘Problems facing them will be solved in phased manner'

Minister for Stamps and Registrations Totha Narasimham on Sunday assured employees of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation that he would look into their problems and use his good offices to solve them in a phased manner.

Employees of the corporation from the city, Tadepalligudem and Vizianagaram regions felicitated the Minister here.

Kakinada Regional Manager of the corporation N. Panduranga Reddy, who presided over the meeting, recalled his association with Mr. Narasimham, who worked in the corporation before entering into active politics.

‘Job satisfaction'

In his response to the felicitation, Mr. Narasimham recalled that he had enjoyed immense job satisfaction while working in the corporation. He said that he knew the problems of the corporation and use his good offices to solve them in a phased manner.

“I know that the technical assistants are working for a long time on contract basis and I will definitely use my good offices to get their services regularised,” he said.

Stressing the need for improving the capacity of the godowns, Mr. Narasimham advised the officials of the warehousing corporation to help the farmers in a suitable manner.

Later, the Minister released the diary brought out by the employees for the year 2011. Tadepalligudem Regional Manager T. Seetaramaiah, Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee secretary Pantham Nanaji and others were present.
