Queenz Institute of Fashion in association with Kanchi Kamakshi will be organising ITI – 2K17, a fashion designer show, at AU Convocation Hall here on Saturday.
Addressing a media conference on Thursday, the proprietor of Kanchi Kamakshi showroom M. Rajeswari said that fashion show will highlight traditional weaves, crafts and styles of Andhra and will give a platform to fashion designer students to showcase their creativity.
Actor Pranitha of ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ fame will be the special guest at the show. Executive director of Queenz Fashion Institute S. Arvinda and Razzmatazz, CEO Meenakshi Anantram said models from Visakhapatnam, Mumbai and Kolkata will showcase the designer collections and a ring dance by Ambica, participant in the TV reality show India’s Got Talent will perform.

Ms. Rajeswari said the funds generated from the show will be used for tribal education in the district.
