Budhil Park hotel inaugurated

Budhil Park, a modern three-star hotel of international standards at Dwarakanagar in the city, was inaugurated by Praja Rajyam Party president K. Chiranjeevi on Sunday afternoon.

A galaxy of leaders from different political parties and the city elite, who included former Ministers Bhattam Srirama Murthy and Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy, former Mayors D.V. Subba Rao and Rajana Ramani, present Mayor Pulusu Janardhana Rao, TDP leader in the Legislative Council Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, MLAs Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Dronamraju Srinivasa Rao, Ravindra (Ponnuru), Kannababu (Kakinada), P. Ramesh Babu, M. Srinivasa Rao and Ch. Venkatramaiah, former Rajya Sabha member Y. Lakshmi Prasad, former MLA Kala Venkata Rao, and former VUDA chairman PSN Raju, were present at the inaugural.

Former MLA and former chairman of the VUDA S.A. Rahman is the chairman and managing director of the hotel and the hotel is named after his grand son.

His wife Shirin Rahman is executive director and his son Sameer Shaik, who is running a hotel in the US, is director.

Budhil Park has 41 rooms with a presidential suite, a 24-hour coffee shop Bix Bite and a 100-seat Blue Diamond restaurant.
