Five skaters have been selected by the Ice Skating Association of India to participate in the 11{+t}{+h}Malaysian Open National Figure Skating Championships to be held in Kuala Lumpur from April 14 to 17.
Priyam Tated of Visakhapatnam and B. Jaswanth Kumar of Vijayawada, who have already won medals in international events, will participate along with Riya Saboo of Vijayawada and Pratham Tated and M. Vishal Anand of Visakhapatnam. P. Satyanarayana of Visakhapatnam will be their coach, general secretary of the association Mahendra Tated informed here on Monday. He also said that State contingent won 44 medals including 13 gold, 16 silver and 15 bronze in the 53{+r}{+d}National Roller-Skating Championships held in Ahmedabad recently.
