In view of the three-day Gunadala Mary Matha festival at Gunadala, scheduled to begin on Sunday, city Police Commissionerate has imposed traffic diversion and allotted parking lots, to ensure smooth flow of traffic and avoid problems for devotees.
Vehicles (city buses, cars, autorickshaw and two-wheelers) coming from Ramavarapupadu Ring and going to Police Control Room (PCR) via Eluru Road, will be allowed only up to Padavalarevu Centre. Similarly, vehicles coming from the PCR and moving towards Ramavarapadu Ring will be diverted from Chutugunta, Mogalrajpuram, Siddhartha Academy and Ramesh Hospital towards the National Highway.
Vehicles moving from Ramavarapadu Ring towards the city will have to take the ESI Hospital Road, Machavaram Police Station Road, Siddhartha Academy Road, Jemmichettu Centre, Visalandhra Road, Chutugunta and Eluru Road. Commuters coming by vehicle from Christrajpuram to Gunadala Centre will be allowed up to Gangireduladibba. Vehicles with passes will be allowed to move along Bethlehem Nagar Road to Padavalarevu Centre.

Traffic from Gollapudi will be diverted via Errakatta, Ajit Singh Nagar Flyover, Seethannapeta Gate, BRTS Road, Sharada College, Food Junction to Madhura Nagar Junction. And from there, they will have to take the ASR Bridge and move towards the NH. Devotees moving from Visalandhra Road, will have to take ASR Bridge, BRTS Road to go to Padavalarevu.
For the three days, two-wheelers will not be allowed to ply between Gangiredduladibba and Bethlehem Nagar.
For vehicles coming from Chutugunta side, the parking lot has been provided at BRTS Road. While parking area for vehicles from Ramavarapadu has been ESI Hospital Road, for vehicles from Christrajpuram the parking lot has been provided at Gangireduladibba.
