P.H.D. Ramakrishna, an IPS Officer of 2001 batch, took over as Superintendent of Police, Guntur Rural, here, on Tuesday. Mr. Ramakrishna, who was serving as SP in Chittoor, took charge from J. Satyanarayana, who was transferred as SP Intelligence.
Mr. Ramakrishna performed pooja and later took charge. Police officers greeted him on the occasion.
