Rly employees told to make Delhi protests a success

South Central Railway Employees’ Sangh (SCRES) Vijayawada Division branch has called upon the Railway employees to participate in the protests to be staged at Delhi on April 28 and 29 against the anti-labour and privatisation policies of the Ministry of Railways, in large numbers and stall a host of measures that endangered their livelihood.

SCRES Divisional secretary B.V. Chalapathi Rao said allowing 100 per cent FDI in the Railways was detrimental to lakhs of employees and the travelling public too.

In the name of FDI, the gates were sought to be opened for privatisation of different branches. The SCRES would stage protests against these anti-worker policies in the run-up to the national – level agitation.
