Commissioner of Police Amit Garg has announced rewards to Satyanarayanapuram crime SI Ch Ramakrishnudu and his staff K. Peddiraju and Karimulla for immediately responding and nabbing three persons in a robbery case.
On Sunday night, S. Sivakumar of Rajarajeswaripet and A. Durga Prasad of Yanam and P. Santhosh Kumar of Vizianagaram attacked a car driver near railway station. They allegedly snatched Rs 2,000 from the driver and escaped.
The SI and his staff, who were on night rounds, arrested the persons without losing much time.
