Now, you can WhatsApp your grievance to the DRM

Employees’ complaints to be resolved at the earliest

Divisional Railway Manager R. Dhananjayulu, while releasing the Staff Grievances Poster here on Tuesday, said it was the duty of the administration to protect the staff and take care of their welfare.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the WhatsApp numbers of the DRM, ADRM & Sr. DPO were mentioned in the poster for the convenience of the staff.

“Employees may contact the officials through the mobile application and register their grievances through the web portals mentioned in the poster. We have also provided staff facilitation centre and grievances box at DRM’s Office,” he said.

He also welcomed the staff to meet the Divisional Railway Manager, ADRM & Sr.DPO personally on working days between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Quick redressal

The DRM said he would ensure that grievances would be resolved within a week or maximum in 20 days.

He said welfare Inspectors were looking after staff grievances by conducting drives and there was significant improvement in the redressal of grievances.

Mr. Dhananjayulu briefed branch officers about the importance of the grievances cell and urged them to spread the news in their respective branches.

He advised that posters shall be put up at all offices, colonies and stations so that they get much attention and the information received wide coverage among the employees.
