Aim is to prepare candidates to face the final interview round

A panel of former State chief secretary Mohan Kanda, former chairman of Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) C.R. Biswal and honorary chairman of Para Association for Rural Development (PARD) Srinivas Prasad conducted a mock interview session for the candidates aspiring to crack the Civils, at the State Guest House here on Saturday.

The mock interview session was organised by The Hindu Civils Aspirants Forum, in collaboration with PARD, an associate of Dr. Lakshmaiah IAS Study Circle, in an ambience akin to the actual UPSC interview where the judges critically assess the candidates on the grounds of personality, general knowledge, ethical standards and hint them at major shortcomings which may pull them down in the final interview round.

The idea is to prepare the candidates to face the final interview round in a confident way.
