Gazetted officers’ plea to CM

Alleging that the Kamalanathan Committee was acting in favour of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh Gazetted Officers’ Forum (AP-GOF) on Thursday appealed to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to sort out the issues related to their transfers and deputations.

A delegation of the forum led by their president A.V. Patel, vice-president G.S. Rao and general secretary D. Vasu submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister at his camp office here, seeking necessary action.

They wanted the Chief Minister to take steps for stopping of transfers of employees being made by some higher officials in violation of the guidelines, increasing the validity of local status to three years.
