Emulate Vivekananda, Minister tells youth

Irrigation Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao has urged the youth to take inspiration from life of Swami Vivekananda.

Participating in the 152{+n}{+d}birth anniversary celebrations of Vivekananda here on Monday, he said that Vivekananda propagated India’s rich cultural and traditional values across the globe. Vivekananda Youth Association vice-president Sudhir, KBN College and Potti Sriramulu Engineering College correspondent Mallikarjuna Rao and others were present.

At another programme, ABVP members garlanded the statue of Swami Vivekananda near Raghavaiah Park.
