The controversy over naming of Ramgopal Varma's movie ‘Bezawada Rowdilu' had come into focus again with a lawyer filing a petition in a local court on Friday seeking a direction from it to the producer to change the name of the movie and stop shooting till the storyline was revealed.

The petitioner also wanted the director/producer to show the storyline, and if it was based on incidents that took place in the 1980s and the 1990s the movie could lead to further disturbances in the city.

Meanwhile, the movie unit installed a massive set on the Krishna riverbed close to Undavalli on the Guntur side to begin a five-day shooting schedule from Sunday. Art director performed ‘shanti homam' to ensure the shooting schedule went smoothly unlike the last schedule in May.

A massive plaster of Paris statue of goddess Kanakadurga was being given final touches on Friday, where a song sequence was likely to be shot on Sunday.

A number of horses were also being trained on the sand close to the Kanakadurga Varadhi as part of preparation for movie shots.
