APREDA property show from Feb. 28

Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association (APREDA) will organise a property show in the city on February 28 and March 1.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, APREDA State president G. Hari Babu said that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu would inaugurate the property show at A Convention Centre here. The Chief Minister would also address a conference of builder and realtors on the occasion, he said.

The APREDA was organising the event for the first time in the State after bifurcation. The property show was expected to be benchmark for all future property shows in the city.

As many as 54 stalls would be put up at the show. A few bankers, financial institutions, electrical suppliers etc would also take part in the event. The association was expecting that 20,000 to 25,000 people would visit the two-day show, he said. The LICHFL was offering spot loan facility to eligible beneficiaries.

The LICHFL would also not charge any processing fee for the loans sanctioned at the expo, he said. Referring to construction of State capital, Mr. Hari Babu said that the builders were keen to be part of construction of the State capital. Mr. Naidu asked to prepare a list of builders and their area of interest and expertise. Mr. Naidu assured that the government would give preference to local builders and realtors in construction of the capital, he added.
