A 30-year-old woman working as an Anganwadi worker was allegedly sexually assaulted at an Anganwadi centre at New Rajarajeswari Peta in the city on Sunday.
According to the victim, the accused P. Bala Chander, gagged her and committed the crime while she was at work. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim, the Two Town police registered a case and launched a hunt to nab the accused.
