According to R. Sridaran, vice-chairman of L&T Hitech City Limited, ‘Medha’ has a carpet area of 1.75 lakh square feet and constructed at a cost of Rs. 70 crore.

It has facilities like uninterrupted power supply, centralised air-conditioning system, office automation, landscape and communications from all major service providers.

Though only two IT players – Extranet Software Solutions and Tektraks Technologies – moved into the tower until now, Mr. Sridaran said enquiries were coming in from several IT companies and some of them based at Hitech City in Hyderabad were planning to move over here so that they could save expenditure by 25 per cent.
