The Hindu Young World painting contest tomorrow

The Hindu Young World Painting Competition 2016 will be held at Sri Kolla Veeraswamy Kalyana Mandapam, T. Nagar in Rajamahendravaram on July 21.

The event, sponsored by Thyrocare, will be held in two categories for school students. In the junior category, students of Classes IV to VI and in the senior category students of Classes VII to IX can take part in the competitions which will start at 9.30 am.

Participants have to arrive at the venue by 9.00 a.m. and register themselves for the event. Use of sketch pens and markers will not be allowed. The organisers will provide drawing sheets post registration.

The topic of painting will be announced only at the commencement of the competition. The judges will announce the names of winners at 1 p.m.
