The “Synergy”, a literary event organised by the Felines students' forum, provided a good platform to the students of professional colleges to test their communication, literary and soft skills by participating in various competitions held on the occasion.
With expert guidance from their mentors, the young ones made arrangements on their own and planned the activities aimed at sharing their skills with others. Students from various colleges in the city and surrounding areas turned up and participated with enthusiasm.
The inaugural session witnessed the speakers providing tips on the need to maintain punctuality, time management, demeanour and formality in appearance for the students who really want to make it big in their future careers.

Suresan, head of the department of English, Potti Sriramulu College of Engineering and Technology, spoke as the chief guest of the occasion when motivated the students to pay utmost attention to the basic soft skills of time management and personal appearance.

Campus Careers trainer M.R.K. Murthy, who was one of the guests of honour, drew the attention of all to the need for planning before conducting an event or carrying out a task. He asserted that most failures by any organisation or a person were because of the results of lack of basic planning and not because of gaps in execution.
VR Siddhartha Engineering College head of English department K. Rama Chandra spoke as the guest of honour when he elaborated on the effective concepts of listening in order to derive maximum results for not just knowledge enhancement but also personal and professional growth.
For the future
Felines president Bhargavi listed out the aims of their organisation and also the purpose behind the Synery literary meet to meet the emerging needs to mould students. Students actively participated in the events – The “One”, mock press, extempore and so on.
