Rich tributes paid to Abdul Kalam

Rich tributes were paid to the former President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on the occasion of his first death anniversary on Wednesday.

Employees of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Science and Technology (APCOST), Department of Forests, Environment, Science and Technology, garlanded the portrait and recalled the services of the ‘Missile Man of India’. APCOST Regional Science Centre officer J. Dilleswara Rao and others participated.

In another programme, members of The Bezawada Bar Association (BBA) observed the death anniversary of the scientist.
