The One Town police on Wednesday arrested Kanteti Vijaya Kumar alias Yesu, 29, a history-sheeter who was externed from the city for six months, on the charge of entering the city and creating conditions unfavourable to law and order and peaceful life of the people.
He was arrested under Sections 188 and 290 of the IPC and produced before the chief metropolitan magistrate, who remanded him to custody.
He was externed on December 8, 2009 for a period of six months.
