A recruitment rally for Territorial Army will be conducted by the 117 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) The Guards here from September 17 to 20.
The rally will be held at Fifth Battalion Railway Protection Special Force premises at Khajamalai here.
The recruitment is to select candidates for Soldier (General Duty) and Tradesman (Washerman).

The candidates should be in the age group 18 to 42, employed in government, semi- government, private sector, or self-employed.
Candidates must be domicile of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharastra, Rajasthan, Goa, and Union Territories of Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu and Lakshadweep. Candidates should bring no-objection certificate from their respective employer.
They should bring with them education certificates, passport-size photographs, character certificate, caste certificate, nativity / permanent residence certificate, domicile certificate, and NCC /computer / sports certificates if any.
