Distribution of prizes to winners in various competitions marked part of the anniversary of the Swach Bharat Mission organised by the Tiruchirapalli City Corporation here on Friday.
K.S. Palanisamy, District Collector, said that a large number of students participated in various events, including an elocution, quiz, essay-writing, and poetry. P. Kumar, Member of Parliament, A. Jaya, Corporation Mayor, and C. Valarmathi, MLA, offered felicitations.
R. Manoharan, Chief Whip, gave away prizes among the winners.
