Collector M.S.Shanmugham inaugurated the red ribbon club at Thanjavur Medical College here on Thursday. He said wards of HIV/AIDS affected parents should be accorded special care as they are suffering for no fault of their own. Doctors should sympathise with them and help in their education and rehabilitation. He also inaugurated a blood donation camp. R.
