Positive attitude must for development of students

Students should always have positive attitude for achieving great things in life, said Prafulla Agnihotri, Director, Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchi.

Speaking at a function to inaugurate the first year classes of MBA and MCA courses at the J. J. College of Engineering and Technology, Ammapettai, near here recently, Dr. Agnihotri said students should have more dreams and aim high and work with zeal and enthusiasm with total confidence for achieving them.

He said in the present day world lot of opportunities are available to the youths for excelling in life.

They should utilise all the opportunities that come in their way in the right time and at the right place in an effective manner.

Challenges

The youth have to face lot of challenges from different quarters, Dr. Agnihotri said and added that the time spent on higher education should be effectively utilised to hone their skills to become leaders and achievers.

V. Shanumuganathan, Director, J. J. Group of Institutions, presided over the function. K. Abdullah Basha, advisor-MBA and MCA programmes, T. Sivasankaran, Executive Director, J. J. Group of Institutions, S. Sathiyamoorthy, principal of the college, and others offered felicitations.
