A Dak Adalat to redress grievances relating to the Department of Posts will be held at the office of the Postmaster General, Central Region, in Tiruchi at 10 a.m. on April 1.
Grievances which have been taken up at divisional or unit levels will be taken up at the adalat if the complainant was not satisfied with the response.
No fresh cases will be entertained.

Grievances to be taken up for consideration at the adalat should be sent in advance by ordinary, registered, or speed post before March 21. The cover should be superscribed as Dak Adalat March 2013. Grievances sent by courier will not be accepted. Complains should be sent to S.Gururarajan, Assistant Director (investigation), Office of the Postmaster General, Central Region, Tamil Nadu Circle, Tiruchi-620001, the release added.
