RYF demand to repeal decision

: The State government decision to relax the norms of medical and engineering entrance examination was aimed at helping self-financing colleges, Revolutionary Youth Front (RYF) president Poovachal Nazar and general secretary C.P. Sudish Kumar have said. In a joint statement here on Sunday, they said that by admitting those who had secured zero and negative marks in the examinations, the quality of professional education would take a beating. The government should immediately repeal the decision. — Special Correspondent
