Robbery: three held

Three people were arrested by the Fort police for allegedly attacking a few KSRTC employees and robbing them of their money.

The accused were identified as Sajith, 22, Ajith, 19, and Shanavas, 22, of Karimadom colony. The incident had taken place a few days ago when the gang attacked three KSRTC employees using knives and fled after stealing their purses which contained ₹4,000. The victims were attacked after they refused to part with money. The accused were identified through CCTV footage recovered from the area. All those arrested were habitual offenders. They have been remanded in judicial custody.
