: A case of unnatural death, registered on Thursday by the police, in connection with the death of a woman while being taken to hospital by her husband and two sons, was altered on Friday to that of murder.
According to the Pozhiyoor police, Adona, 37, was suffering from mental illness for around six years and on Wednesday, she had turned violent.
Her husband Silvapichai, 47, and their sons had allegedly bound her hands to control her, but while they were taking her out of the house, she reportedly fell and hit her head. She was later pronounced dead at a private hospital in the city.

The police had taken Silvapichai into custody on Thursday after neighbours alleged that there was foul play in the incident. Silvapichai has reportedly confessed to having killed his wife. — Special Correspondent
