Varna varna pookkal... was released by musician Perumbavoor G. Ravindranath on Thursday. Sung and composed by singer Rajalakshmi, the song has been written by Joy Thamalam and shot by R.S. Vimal.

Mr. Ravindranath said those who could sing and those learning music should compose music as it required no special training and only then could new tunes be gifted to new generations. “Music composition is a cakewalk if a person has knowledge of music.”
