Minister for Cultural Affairs A.K. Balan declared the State Television Awards for the years 2014 and 2015 on Friday.

Easwaran Sakshi directed by K.K.Rajeev was selected as the best tele-serial for 2015. Kattukurangu directed by Mohan Kupleri won the award for the second best short film. Bonjour Mayyazhi directed by E.M.Ashraf won the award for the best telefilm of 2015 and Mavelikkara Post office directed by K.J. Praveen Kumar won it for 2014. Balance directed by Binsad has been selected as the best short telefilm of 2014 and Nadakaanthyam directed by Vidhu Vincent for 2015.

Deepa and Ammakkili directed by Biju Muthathi shared the award for 2014. Muravili directed by Anwar Ali and Dramanujam directed by Mahesh Panchu shared the award for the best documentary for 2015 and Sangeetham – M.K. Arjunan directed by Sajeev Pazhoor wonit for 2014.

Joseph won it for 2014.
