EPFO customer interaction in July

Nidhi Apke Nikat (PF near you), the monthly customer-oriented interactive programme started by the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, will be held at the EPF regional office at Pattom on July 11 for Thiruvananthapuram and Pathanamthitta districts.

The programme is aimed at redress of grievances of employees and employers. Trade unions representing employees could also take part in it.

The commissioner will personally hear the subscribers between 10.30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Employees and trade union representatives could meet the commissioner between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Complaints or suggestions should be given in writing clearly specifying the EPF employee/employer code/UAN so as to reach the Regional Provident Fund Office, Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 004, before June 30.
