Agents' meet held

A day-long gathering of the news agents and distributors of The Hindu was held with a variety of programmes here on Monday.

Close to 400 distributors attended the gathering held during the forenoon. They were presented with gifts for achieving targets and a special feast of stand-up magic by R. Raja Moorthy.

The evening gathering of news agents and their family members saw full house attendance with about 300 people partaking of the dinner and another magical fiesta from Mr. Raja Moorthy. News agents with impressive target achievements were also presented with special gifts on the occasion.
