Seven persons, including a one-year-old child, were killed, and 20 injured when a KSRTC bus by which they were travelling overturned at Divagi near Kumta, about 80 km from Karwar, in Uttara Kannada district on Monday night.
The bus was bound for Bagalkot from Dharmasthala. The driver lost control over the bus and it veered off the road to a field a few metres from Aganashini Bridge.
