Man booked forsupporting BJPon social media

A case has been registered against a man for promoting one political party and criticising another political party on a web page and a social networking site here. According to the police, the complainant, Pramod S.R. Manju, had, in his complaint through an e-mail to the Returning Officer and Deputy Commissioner, stated that Akshay Shetty created a web page and also a group on the social media networking site and posted matters against the Congress and supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party.
