Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., has introduced a new toll-free number, 18002331332, for passengers to know the running status of trains on the Konkan network from Monday.
Passengers can dial the number from anywhere to know the running status of a train between Roha and Thokur.
Passengers may send a sms to 9004470700 or dial another toll-free voice registration number 18002665725 to register their grievances.
