Passengers may call the toll-free number 18002665725 to record grievances

Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) has launched Phone Grievance Registration system for speedy redressal of complaints of passengers.

The facility was inaugurated recently by Minister for Railways Suresh Prabhu at Kankavali Railway Station on the Konkan network. Passengers may call the toll-free number 18002665725 any time of the day and record the grievances on the system. An audio file is created, which is then attended to by KRCL officials. Response on redressal of the grievance would be replied through an SMS.

KRCL already has an SMS Grievance Number 9004470700 where passengers can SMS their complaints.
