Four more unclaimed bodies buried

Members of Human Rights Federation of India, a voluntary organisation, on Thursday buried four unclaimed bodies at the graveyard in Nandigudda. Last month, the federation had similarly buried eight unclaimed bodies.

Questioning handing over unclaimed bodies to medical colleges for anatomy classes, the federation said these bodies should be buried by performing ceremonies associated with the caste the deceased belonged to. Deputy Commissioner A.B. Ibrahim accepted their contention.
