Free education for students

Yenepoya Foundation proposes to sponsor the education of select engineering students at Yenepoya Institute of Technology, Thodar, Moodbidri for 2016-17.

Candidates selected will be exempted from paying fees.

Selection of candidates will be on the basis of “merit-cum-means”.

While assessing, marks secured in the qualifying examination will be taken into consideration. Evaluation of means of a candidate will be done only in respect of the candidate eligible for selection.

Candidates who have secured 80 per cent and above marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination and hailing from Karnataka and Kasaragod district of Kerala are eligible to apply.

Preference would be given to Muslim minority candidates.

Interested candidates may apply for the same to the principal of the institute before June 25, a release said.
