The former Mangaluru Urban Development Authority chairman K.Tejomaya came forward to clean the dropping from the Chief Minister’s dhoti using a tissue paper.

A crow created a flutter after its dropping was found on the dhoti of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah during a function to unveil the memorial of Rastrakavi Govinda Pai here on Thursday. The incident occurred when Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was addressing the gathering. Mr. Siddaramaiah, the former Chief Minister M. Veerappa Moily and other delegates were seated on the open stage beneath a tree.

Just before Mr. Vijayan ended his speech, Mr. Siddaramaiah noticed the crow’s dropping on his white dhoti. Even as he pointed out to the crow sitting on the tree branch, another dropping fell on his dhoti.

This created a flutter on the stage that forced Mangaluru North MLA Mohiuddin Bava, who was sitting behind Mr. Siddaramaiah, into action. He quickly got a tissue paper and handed it to the former chairman of Mangaluru Urban Development Authority K. Tejomaya, who removed the dropping from the Chief Minister’s dhoti.
