Aadhaar camps from Wednesday

The Madurai Corporation is conducting special camps to register for Aadhaar cards at various wards in the city from December 10 to 15.

For residents of Krishnapalayam (ward 12) and Alagaradi (ward 13), the camp to complete photo formalities and submit particulars will be held in zone-1 office here, according to a press release from Commissioner C. Kathiravan on Tuesday.

The camp for Sathamangalam (ward 33), Anna Nagar (ward 34) and Mathichiam (ward 35) will be conducted at the corporation zone-2 office on Race Course Road.

Similarly, the Corporation is holding a camp for Swami Sannidhi (ward 50), Ismailpuram (ward 51) and Sourashtra School area (ward 52) will be organised at zone-3 office.

In zone-4 office, the Aadhaar card procedures will be carried out for Chokkanatharkoil (ward 82) and North Krishnankoil Area (ward 83). Those whose name figure in the 2010 census but did not go for photo procedure can attend these camps.
